Our property Law Department is led by a Property Law Specialist who is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria. We also have other experienced practitioners who deal in many areas of property, including the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property, advising landlords and tenants regarding the leasing of commercial property and preparation of leases, mortgages, small and large subdivisions, planning and environmental law.

In addition, our particular skills in relation to Retirement Village Agreements and other agreements relating to the housing and care of the elderly are of special benefit to those who need assistance in this area of law.
