ABOUT Patrick

Patrick has been a practising solicitor since 1970 with extensive experience in all areas of general practice. He acts for numerous property developers and builders and is experienced in all matters relating to town planning, commercial real estate development, joint venture agreements and commercial leasing.

He provides advice to clients in commercial law matters and acts for clients buying and selling businesses. Patrick also drafts wills and finalises estates for clients. Patrick's approach to problem solving is to think as broadly and as laterally as possible about the issues to be resolved.
