| Anthony Mahon, the Senior Partner of Mahons with Yuncken & Yuncken Lawyers is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia and is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
Anthony specializes in developing a total consulting package for small business clients of the practice and assists them in all their legal matters, providing all necessary advice and ongoing business strategies and succession planning. | John Hanlon a Senior Associate of Mahons with Yuncken & Yuncken was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1974, and of the High Court of Australia in 1978.
John joined Mahons as a Senior Associate in 1988. He practises extensively in the commercial, criminal, family and general litigation areas. In addition, John practises in non-litigious general legal areas. He acts for a large client base of retailers in regional shopping complexes. John prides himself in his practical and cost saving approach to problem solving. Patrick has been a practising solicitor since 1970 with extensive experience in all areas of general practice. He acts for numerous property developers and builders and is experienced in all matters relating to town planning, commercial real estate development, joint venture agreements and commercial leasing. He provides advice to clients in commercial law matters and acts for clients buying and selling businesses. Patrick also drafts wills and finalises estates for clients.
