Max Wittick as an Accredited Property Law Specialist is the leader of the firms Property Law Department. Max has practised since 1965 and was a partner of the firm of Yuncken & Yuncken from 1970 until its merger with Mahons Lawyers in July 2000. He has considerable experience in general conveyancing including subdivisions and the area of retirement villages and housing for the elderly. Max has delivered several papers on matters arising from the Retirement Villages Act at various legal seminars. Max is an associate member of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia. | Anthony Mahon, the Senior Partner of Mahons with Yuncken & Yuncken Lawyers is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia and is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
Anthony specializes in developing a total consulting package for small business clients of the practice and assists them in all their legal matters, providing all necessary advice and ongoing business strategies and succession planning. He acts for a large number of property developers in the sub-division of land, including inner city developments. Additionally he maintains a significant conveyancing practice for both residential and commercial properties. | John Hanlon a Senior Associate of Mahons with Yuncken & Yuncken was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1974, and of the High Court of Australia in 1978.
John joined Mahons as a Senior Associate in 1988. He practises extensively in the commercial, criminal, family and general litigation areas.
