ABOUT Andrew

Andrew was admitted to practice as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in November 1992. Andrew has practised in commercial litigation in all Victorian courts and tribunals and the Federal Court for over 25 years.

Andrew has considerable and varied experience in many areas of law including general commercial litigation and dispute resolution, contract disputes, trade practices disputes, building disputes, property disputes, insolvency (both corporate and personal), and debt recovery (including sub-contractor debt enforcement). Andrew also has experience in compulsory land acquisition claims, estates litigation (family provision claims), adverse possession claims, and criminal law.

Andrew seeks to provide clients with timely and cost effective solutions to their litigation issues.
