MEET our Leader
Anthony Mahon, the director of Mahons with Yuncken & Yuncken Lawyers is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. Anthony is also admitted as a Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania. Anthony specializes in developing a total consulting package for small business clients of the practice and assists them in all their legal matters, providing all necessary advice and ongoing business strategies and succession planning.
He acts for a large number of property developers in the sub-division of land, including inner city developments. Additionally he maintains a significant conveyancing practice for both residential and commercial properties. The areas of general commercial law, franchising, business sales and purchases, leasing, securities and commercial agreements together with estate planning and administration are Anthony's areas of particular expertise.
