ABOUT CAROLINE

Caroline was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in March 1999 and the High Court of Australia in 2004. Caroline has practised predominantly in commercial litigation in all Victorian Courts and tribunals and the federal courts for nearly 20 years.

Caroline has had significant and extensive experience in conducting litigation over a broad range of areas of law, including:-

• estate litigation (family provision claims);

• corporate and personal insolvency;

• building and construction;

• trade practices and consumer law;

• disputes; and

• debt recovery.
