ABOUT Christine

Christine was admitted to practice in 1998.  She has an extensive background in Property, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Probate and Administration relating to deceased Estates.  Before undergoing her law degree, Christine had been a law clerk and legal personal assistant for more than twenty years.

She has had more than ten continuous years experience in the areas of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Probate and administration of deceased Estates. Her experience includes rendering advice on and preparation of Wills, General and Enduring Powers of Attorney both financial and medical and all matters associated with obtaining grants of Probate or Letters of Administration, transferring and distributing assets and giving advice generally.

Christine’s extensive experience in property matters includes residential and commercial property sales, acquisitions and transfers involving single dwellings, units, vacant land, “off the plan” retirement villages, city apartments, dual occupancies, factories, commercial buildings and shopping centres.  She has rendered pre contractual advice and drawn special conditions, checked the status of properties and given advice on Goods & Services Tax implications and owner builder requirements generally.

Her transactions have included applications relating to survivorship, transmission, adverse possession, amendments to titles and lost titles, plans of subdivision, creation, variation and removal of easements and owners corporation matters.  In addition, she has given advice on mortgage and tenancy matters.

Christine enjoys finding practical solutions to issues and offers an efficient warm and friendly service to her clients.
