ABOUT MAX

Max was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1982. Since that time, Max has gained significant commercial experience in both business and property which he now applies in his commercial practice.

Max has had significant and extensive experience in commercial matters over a broad range of areas of law including:

• Shareholder, unitholder and partnership agreements;

• Purchases and sales of businesses;

• Leasing matters; and

• General business law advice.
